YouCC absorbs Bleader to sell end-to-end transformation

Octali-group cloud and cyber-security provider YouCC announced the merger of Bleader, a data and AI firm, into its operations. The move is intended to create a “360-degree offering” for enterprise customers: from data strategy and platform building, through data engineering and AI projects at the core of operations, to cloud infrastructure, cyber protection and managed services. In plain terms, YouCC aims to be the sole vendor that manages the entire chain, eliminating the need for clients to coordinate three separate suppliers.
The move
Bleader arrives with a portfolio that includes Shufersal, Mimun Direct, Nexxen, Papaya Global and CAL. Its focus is not on generic models but on complex AI projects deployed in production environments of large organizations. Amit Shaked, CEO of Bleader, will join the leadership of the combined group and will continue to run Bleader as an independent subsidiary. This structure is meant to preserve Bleader’s professional DNA while leveraging YouCC’s financial and operational backing.
What Bleader brings to the table
No transaction amount was disclosed, and the deal is not a classic exit with flashy multiples. It is a structural move designed to boost joint recurring revenue through aggressive cross-selling within the existing client base. If the integration works at the delivery level, and not only in presentations, YouCC could become a more significant player in large-scale transformation tenders in Israel’s financial, retail and technology sectors.
