Meta launches One bundles globally, pricing combined app and AI plans from $7.99 to $499 monthly

Meta is launching One globally today, a suite of subscription bundles that fold the separate Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp plans into a single tier with expanded access to the company's AI tools. The move follows the recent debut of Muse, an assistant pitched as a "do everything" layer, and marks Meta's first serious attempt to price the AI stack above the social networks themselves. The company stresses that the "basic experience" across its apps and Meta AI remains free, and that each subscription can still be bought individually without the bundle.
For consumers there are two tiers: Core at $7.99 a month and Premium at $19.99. Both include Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus and Facebook Plus, plus "more media creation with Meta AI" — meaning image generation through Muse and tools such as Restyle on Instagram. By comparison, the three standalone subscriptions would cost $11 together, so the entry bundle undercuts a manual assembly by a few dollars.
The creator and business lineup runs from Essential at $14.99 a month up to Max at $499. Essential delivers a verification badge, a verified WhatsApp Business channel, impersonation protection and round-the-clock access to the Meta Business Agent in WhatsApp. Advanced, at $49.99, adds Story scheduling 30 days out, links in organic posts and Reels, exportable analytics, deeper audience insights, team access without password sharing, more linked devices and credits for WhatsApp business broadcasts. Expert at $149 and Max at $499 target teams running large-scale operations, with the highest access level and maximum business-agent capacity.
Bundling Muse and the internal AI tools inside the plans makes the strategy plain: AI is not a separate product but an infrastructure layer that inflates the subscription's value. Restyle, which lets users change the visual style of content inside Instagram, and Muse's image generation become tangible differentiators for the upper tiers. The Meta Business Agent in WhatsApp takes on a central role here, shifting from a support tool to 24/7 customer-response automation with response quotas that rise at each level.
Meta says the bundles will later expand to include Edits, AI glasses and other products. The direction is clear: build a single bundle that spans social networks, creation tools, business-management tools and hardware, and charge a monthly premium for it. Users who don't want the bundle can stay on the free tier or buy a single subscription, but the economic edge of Core and the business functionality of the higher tiers are designed to pull in the audiences already paying for digital presence.
